Ben Patient, Managing Director
Ben has over 20 years’ marketing and business development experience including in commercial digital and traditional marketing agencies within financial services and technology. He made the switch to social impact businesses over 10 years ago, specialising in the employment and skills arena. Ben has played a core role in some of the highest profile funding rounds in the sector including Work & Health Programme, Work Programme, European Social Fund and more. Prior to The Good Consultancy, Ben led the National Bid Management function at employment and justice organisation, Working Links, securing over £400m in new business for them, including Pathways to Work, Flexible New Deal and The Work Programme. Ben has operated as a consultant since then and founded The Good Consultancy in 2013, with a mission to “help organisations who do good to do better”.
Ben’s expertise covers the spectrum of market and business development, helping organisations of all sizes to understand how their services can grow and lead to greater social impact.
Michelle Tafreshi, Director
Michelle leads leading on project and change management, business analysis and data modelling. She brings almost a decade of project management and consulting experience from a wide range of large-scale, transformational, business-critical programmes.
Michelle is new to the team, having joined The Good Consultancy from the commercial sector where she successfully supported financial services, telecommunications and retail sector clients. This breadth of experience gives her a unique approach to quality and understanding of how organisations can thrive in highly regulated environments.
